Was going through some old files and came across this picture. I realized when I was trying to take the picture I didn't know what type it was and forgot to ask what type. The pic is not good by any means just wanted help with an ID. I'm leaning towards a Red Shouldered Hawk. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure from the tail banding that it's a red-shouldered, but I've never seen one myself, so consider that a guess.
