Figured out how to frame a picture

I have been trying to figure out how to put a frame on a picture and tonight someone showed me how. These are Sandhill Cranes so see what you think, Jeff

Those are pretty fancy, especially that first one with its 3d effect. They would work well on a webpage I think.
