Nice version, Copy! Much more intriguing than the "standard" shot. Might I suggest a slight crop to eliminate some of the blackness above and to the right?

Love how the green spikes fade to blackness in the foreground.

The last one is cool. Looks like an alien life form. Might work as a negative as well.
