    Saw this little one when I was out today, got a few shots, nothing all that good though. Doesn't look like any that I've seen before, unless I just haven't been paying attention, which is a good possibility.

    That's a female oriole, baltimore oriole I do believe.

    Took these about a week ago, the first one here I think is a field sparrow? Its the only pic i got of it:

    Then I saw this one sitting on a branch for the longest time, some kind of thrush but not totally sure which one. I'm thinking maybe gray-cheeked thrush?:

    Yes that's a field sparrow and your thush looks greycheeked/bicknells to me. Call is how those two are best ID'd.

    Thanks Paul, it's super cool seeing all the "new" birds around lately! I'm 99.9% sure this is a/an indigo bunting(?) Sorry about the bad pic.
