Hawks in flight are my forte! This is a juvenile northern harrier.

look at the wing structure, the uniformly colored body, the darker head(with the facial mask) , the tail and those longish legs. Harriers are grassland hunting raptors who hunt mice mostly. They flying low over the field and when they see a mouse they drop down on it.
