I have gotten the sleeves from the Art Supply store. You can also purchase them online. I done have the link at this computer but a Google search should find a vendor.

A mat that extends beyond the pic or just a mounting mat?
The prints will come in a sleeve.

Re: Where do I get these items

When I buy pre-cut mattes from B&H, they come in a clear plastic sleeve. I mount the photo to a solid piece of matte board, attach the cut matte to the matte board the print is attached to, and slip it all back into the sleeve the matte came in.

If your mattes don't come in a plastic sleeve when you get them, you can order them from www.clearbags.com. I have only purchases small bags for 5x7 greeting cards from clearbags, but they work great. I have a friend who orders larger bags from them for matted prints. I'm sure I will be purchasing larger bags from them in the future.

They also have some good prices on pre-cut mattes.
