I was shown a DVD case that is like a leather book that holds one DVD or CD. I am looking for some of these at a reasonable price so I can put photos on a DVD with music in the background and present it to a customer. The one I saw held one DVD and had a place for a picture in the front cover. It was leather and was placed in a box to present to the customer. It looked very professional and was a big selling feature, Jeff

Art Leather has some but I don't know the price. www.artleather.com

Top Flight also has some DVD folios for $6.70 but I don't think they are leather.

You may want to look at places that specialize in wedding albums and that sort of thing to find exactly what you're looking for.
