Hi, Dolphin. I have the same problem with my Mavica but I broke mine by trying to forcibly eject the disk. Owner's manual did not give any specific instructions if the disk would not eject. There is a BIG RED WARNING on the internet, however. If a disk will not eject, turn the camera off and remove the battery for 15 seconds. Reinsert the battery and without turning the camera on, try the eject slide again. Have you tried to format the disk?Click on your menu, go to disk tool, and click on format, then press ok. See if that works. Mine also displays C:13:01 but it is broken and it's going to cost me $180 to have it repaired. I feel Sony was remiss by not having any warnings or instructions in the owner's manual. They feel otherwise. They likened what I did as someone who drives a car into a tree and then wants the manufacturer to repair it. I feel that I should have been warned in my manual of the proper procedure and not to try to remove the disk by any other means. Anyone have a similar experience?![]()
