I actually just had one printed. however what I did was scale my picture to the longest dimension of a print that Sams club could print. For me that was 30" wide(20"x30" sheet). unfortunately my pano was only 4 1/8" tall than. Next time I shoot a pano I will definately shoot it in portrait mode so that I can get more in the picture and will be able to make it a lot less skinny. In using this method I ended up converting it to black and white for a second print on the same sheet. I also added some other pictures to the sheet. I did this by createing a 20"x30" Document in cs3 and inserting the items into it that I wanted printed. Turned out A++
