Need some help Please

Been gone for a while, now cannot remember how to post a picture.

Click on "Insert Image" and only get request for URL.

In the past I could browse my photos and select the one to post.

I've been having the same problem. I just tried to post a pic and can't seem to figure out how. I've done it before, but since the forum had the server issues a few weeks back, I can't do it.
