Take each exposure as you normally would, other than of course for the compensation you'll use because it's a multiple exposure. I actually tend to worry less about exact metering and tend to trust the meter a little more in situations like this because multiple exposures aren't always an exact science anyway. Don't worry too much on your first try. You've researched the formulas, so now just have some fun with it. If you need to make adjustments to your technique, you'll be able to tell that when you get your film back.
