Can't post?

Hello everyone,Not sure if this is in the right forum,probably not, sorry.I am a newbie around here and I just have a question. Why when I go to post a topic somewhere I can't? I am allowed in this forum but nowhere else? How come? I have only been a member four about a week now and I never got anything emailed to me either, why?

Sorry that you are having problems. Can you try logging out and logging back in again? Let me know if you still have a problem.
