Apple Inc declined to testify to an upcoming U.S. Senate subcommittee hearing about competition issues related to mobile app stores, two party leaders said on Friday.The app-maker has long accused Apple's App Store for iPhones and iPads, along with Google's Play store for Android devices, of anti-competitive behavior, requiring revenue share payments and stricter integration rules.
