CF cards for Rebel

With so many cards to choose from i am not sure what to get. I will be shooting lots of action shots and lots of shots from my Vegas trip. I plan to buy a couple of 256 cards and was thinking of one performance one and regular one. What do you guys think and what would you buy??

My memory escapes me now of what the thing is called, I want to say ULTRA something or other -- but it writes faster than a normal CF. I have an ultra 512... and I get about 157 uncompressed images on it.
