I seem to remember it being a little hard to get SD cards out of the little Canon digitals. There should be a little ridge on one side of the card. If you can get a fingernail in there, you should be able to pull it out. That's what it's there for. Hopefully it's just a tight fit and the card isn't really jammed or anything like that.
