I am taking action shots of horses at shows and out in the field - some shows are indoor with iffy lighting. I have gone back to my regular 35mm Canon since my current digital camera doesn't cut it (OK, I bought it in 1999, it's a Sony Mavica FD-91 ) The lag time is my biggest issue, I want the camera to take the picture the instant I press the shutter.

Thanks for your help!
