2 cameras, which would you chose?

Hi there,
well I have two digital video cameras and I was wondering which to keep.

They are

The JVC GR-D340E

and

Samsung VP-D361


I am no expert on this field and do not plan to make Hollywood blockbusters with them, so please could you give me your honest opinions!
