I just created a Camera User Setting on my EOS 7D. Since studio shooting with hot lights and outdoor sports require such drastically different camera settings, I thought this might help me avoid that desperate attempt to change camera settings when I'm trying to shoot a racer the day after I was working in the studio
Now all I have to do when I want to shoot in the studio is turn the mode dial to C3 and my camera automatically goes to ISO 400, tungsten white balance, 2 second timer and 1/30th second @ f/8.
If your camera has customizable user settings, I recommend you do the same. It was really easy - one of those things where I did and thought, "Wow - I should have done this a long time ago!"
