Help build a digital picture of Britain in 2005. Submit your digital photographs of Britain's rural, urban and human landscapes for your chance to win a camera.

The competition is open to UK residents only
This is an amateur competition. Submissions by professional photographers will not be considered.
The BBC reserves the right to publicly display all entries and to publish any images to promote the BBC, and/or the photography competition. Copyright will remain with the photographer.

Judging and prizes
A panel comprised of top photographers and BBC staff will select the winning entries. The judges will be looking for originality, creativity, strong composition and a clear link to either a regional or themed category.
Prizes of photographic equipment (approx value £500) will be awarded to the winners of the eight regional categories and the three themed categories. The two runners-up in each of the 11 categories will receive a signed certificate. Each entrant will be restricted to one prize only.
Winning entries may be may be featured in a Photographic Masterclass presented by Tom Ang on BBC interactive TV. They may also be exhibited at the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television in September 2005.

Too bad its residents only. I'll be over your way at the end of June. We're staying a few days in London and a few in Paris June 27 - July 5. Any chance of getting together for dinner or lunch?

So I'll be back at home/work as usual that week.

Dinner is more likely than lunch, we're in the middle of a big system changeover and I'll only get an hour in between analysis workshop sessions - at some random time, not even planned
Basingstoke is a hole anyway, you wouldn't want to visit there

When are you where, and what are your plans?

You've got to go to Sainte Chapelle in Paris.
A surprising church, I won't spoil the surprise if you've not been there before.

The weekend might be a good time, if you're in Paris we'll take a weekend break, stay overnight on Saturday and do a little sightseeing ourselves. If you're in London we'll take the coach from Oxford and meet up somewhere.
