I've had good luck with them in the past when ordering music or computer equipment (mac computer, screen, scanner, ipod, etc.). I would recommend J&R in general from past experience, as I've ordered from them about 10 different times (but so far never camera gear). Fast shipping, competitive prices, and products were as advertised. No real hard sell. I've never had to deal with their returns dept, as everything worked fine. Just checked for Canon 5D price, however, and J&R is $100 more than local store (samys.com).
