What really pisses me off is that if the lens is delivered tomorrow, I'm still out the money I paid to have it overnighted. Shitty way to run a company.
Sorry to hear about the bad experience. Does FedEx have a claims system? Maybe you can get them to compensate you. It seems to me that since they offer the service, they should compensate you if they can't deliver.
