Scott, There are lots of good elements here, such as the starry lights, reflections, good exposure and detail of the bridge, smooth water from a long exposure. . . .but the composition is not drawing me into this image. Either having zoomed closer to a defininate subject or zoomed out to get the rest of the scene might have helped me enjoy it more. I am really liking the tones of your b&w night shots. . . .keep em comin
