Just a walk in the park. This trip to Central Park really got me thinking about taking pictures with my new Cannon S1. I'm just getting started with this but its so much fun.

Good shot, everything just seems a tad blurry/out of focus. Also, if you crop the grass out of the bottom, so it's just the snowy patches, that would be a crop to look into! Great shot!

That's actually funny. This original shot was mostly square and all the cropping came off the bottom which was yet more grass. I couldn't shoot any higher or I would have been staring into the sun. I'll try some more. It might turn it into a cool fake panarama shot. How's this?

Much better, though it might mimic a panoramic shot, I enjoy it much more then your original!

Nice crop!

It's is a good shot. I really loved New York for the short time I was there, especially Central Park. One thing, you need to straighten your horizon! It's really distracting to have a wonky horizon in a photo!

Cheers,
Chris

I would almost have to say that the glare is too distracting in this one. Your glare is so bright that it is taking attention away from the skyline which seems to be tending towards gray. Shooting into the sun is difficult to pull off. Keep trying.
