Just got a job as a consultant on Digital cameras for a large company. Thus I need to keep up on the latest news in the world of digital photography. Can anyone suggest any good web site, magazines, or e-mags that would help to give me the latest tech news in the world of digital photography?

There are a number of decent magazines, one I like a lot is Digital Photo Pro.

I second Digital Photo Pro, it's a new magazine but been very helpful. You may also want PDN (Photo District News) which is expensive, but might be a good one for you. For websites, right here is good - but also http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/index.asp for news and forums. http://www.nikondigital.org/ is another good one - not sponsored by Nikon, and they do talk about other brands occasionally.

http://www.dpreview.com is also a very good website for digital camera info, very extensive reviews there with examples and comments as well.
