I would be interested in knowing your settings on this shot.
I was looking at some neon signs last night with thoughts of a possible neon series.
I like the neon colors at night. The number "23" looks a little blown out, but it also looks like the brightest light in your shot. Good job. Would like to see more.

Great potential for a shot, yet I almost wish you had panned the camera down a little more and avoided getting too much of the vertical blue sign in. It seems in the bottom quater of a picture there's alot more neon lights then the scaffolding and just the big veritcal blue sign to photograph. Great shot though and I'd love to see more from a series like this.
