I have dealt with them twice, thru eBay. Reasonably quick shipper both times.

First time was nearly a year ago, ordering my first Maxxum (a refurb HTsi Plus - which is now backup to the Maxxum 7 I got from B&H).

Second time was this past week, when I ordered one of their Opteka 500mm-1000mm lens kits. Ordered that online on Thanksgiving day - it was shipped Friday and received Tuesday. First shoot with it was a pleasant surprise, after all the bad talk I've heard about 'those cheapie lenses'. As long as you can keep it steady while shooting, it's actually quite sharp.

I called them once, in between orders, with a question. Found them about as helpful as the average department store seasonal worker - so I won't recommend them for getting advice from. But when you know what you want, and they've got it, there's no need to hesitate - they will deliver the goods in a timely manner.

I will second that Clemmie. I ordered my 20D just days before Christmas, and had it in record time. When I had a problem with the flash, they replaced it with an upgraded model!!!! I would have to give them an A+++ as far as customer service goes, and you get a pretty good price if you know what you are shopping for.

A really great place to get equipment. Honest Prices, and fast shipping. I was told that there could be a back order for a Leica lens I needed, and it could take a few weeks. It arrived the following week. I was so surprized and so thankful for the service. I even made a point to call and thank them, and was told that they were the ones who wanted to thank me for my business.

I like that!
