any thoughts on this camera? I know the limitations it has in the focal range , ISO and DOF catagories, but IS IT WORTH $90 w/ dock(NEW)

I can get this camera through work for that very price ;)

(sorry but the last 4 are spoken for)

shooting with my 1D isn't always a needed thing, so I want a P&S for the non important things , or when I don't want to drag 10+ pound of gear out.
