Hi, I've got a Canon ZR 90 mini-dv camera and I'm wondering what is the best way to extend the battery life? I spent alot of time connecting my camera to my computer and I'm wondering if its a good idea to take off my battery and connect it only when I need it? Or should I just leave it in?

Make sure that you fully recharge the battery even after you only use it for a little while. Whenever you are plugged into the PC, use the adapter cord. A stand alone charger is a good idea, that way you don't have to keep the camera plugged in to charge.
