Yes, Tuna, I think it is. In the same way that some think a photo of a homeless person or bum are instantly art. Plus, like kelly mentioned, since it has the word art in it, it gives even more credence to it. In fact, I'm sure I studied in school this equasion: Art=Tart. I'm pretty sure...
