A few months back someone posted the website address of an internet site where you could purchase Mack extended warranties. Does anyone know the internet address? The costs were much less than buying them at the dealer. A few people here stated they had purchased them at this site.
Thanks.

Hi Liz - I think this is it:
http://www.mackcam.com/
Have a good weekend.
you can't buy directly from them. I called once before. But there is a website where you can purchase them. I just can't find it. I went through 12 google pages under Mack warranties and mafiawarehouse.
Thanks though,
and have a good weekend yourself! :D

Liz -
Looking through the new Calumet catalog last night, I saw Mack Warranties! Here's a link to them on their website:
http://www.calumetphoto.com/syrinx/ctl?ac.ui.pn=cat.CatTreeSearch&PAGE=Controller&keywords=mack+warranty
Only thing - you've got 30 days to buy it after the camera purchase. I don't see anything about having to buy the camera at Calumet, but maybe you do. Thought I'd let you know.

B&H only sells Mack warranties for merchandise purchased in their store.

inquiring as to whether or not you can get them there if the camera isn't purchased there. I also just this morning found this site:
http://www.compuplus.com/insidepage.php3?sid=7w5yhdl9vnko5j3&id=362#moreinfo
btw......difference in price for same Mack Warranty
Calumet $59.99
Compuplus $22.00
Before I buy I'll check with Mack Camera to see if they will verify that the ($22 deal) dealer is reputable and to be sure I'm purchasing the right warranty for the right price (digital cameras under $1,000 for 3 years)

I did find the Mafia Warehouse you were looking for... their web address is www.scarolainc.com
But, their warranty prices are higher than the ones at Compuplus. And, both of those stores are listed on the Mack website as authorized dealers of Mack Warranties, http://www.mackcam.com/warranty_dealerlist.php as well as plenty of other retailers. They also list all the different types of Mack Warranties that are available on their website here: http://www.mackcam.com/warranty_list.html
I'm sure that you've purchased your warranty by now, but I thought I'd share this info with anybody else that is looking to buy a warranty for their camera(s). :)
Thanks, I appreciate this information - yes I did get the warranty I was looking for. However, this information is good for people to know. Mack Camera isn't far from where I live - and they are very reputable.
