I really like this shot.

I can't tell you how much I like this shot... very cool. I especially like how the tree works into the shot. I think the change in focus as the tree gets brighter helps to lend an extra measure of ethereal-ness (is that a word?) to an already spooky photo. Did you try removing the arms as well? I can't imagine that it would make the shot better (as it is quite good already), but that was one of only two possible suggestions that popped into mind. The other is this: How does it look if you darken the curb just a touch? That would be fairly difficult to do (maybe cloning?) but may make the legless man stand out that much more. I don't know....

Again I say: Very cool.
