Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but here goes anyway
I bought a sigma 75-300MM lens on ebay for my Nikon D80. It works fine, but I can not find anything online about this lens. It is like it does not exist. It has a number on the lens that looks like a serial number of some sort (8317247) it has f-stops from 4.5 - 22.it is manual focus manual zoom. Any ideas where I can find information about this lens? a users guide would be even better.

You might want to give Sigma either a call or an email. I've emailed them a couple times for some old equipment info and they were quite helpful.

Unfortunately. no.

I contacted sigma and they found a 2 page marketing pdf that had the lens listed with 2 others. unfortunately very little information about it.

A little searching on Google turns up a couple different Sigma 75-300mm lenses. Was there anything in particular that you needed to know about the lens?

It might mean the lens is discontinued also. Just a thought.
