Well I am attempting to show people why they should buy a 50mm 1.8 lens. and the differences between this and my expensive 18-200 3.8 lens and why people should consider a faster lens. so here you go, grant it its a challenge to capture rain drops coming out of a gutter and to get in focus but here is my attempt anyway first pic id fro my 18-200 lens at F3.8 shutter speed is 500
second is 1.8 at shutter speed of 2000.
Vr lens cost me 800 bucks were as the 50mm was only 50 buck(non AF)

Yeah, I went and bought a 50mm 1.8, a lot different shooting with it than the 18 to 200 I bought with my Nikon. The 50 is REALLY A GOOD LENS. Love it.

Good example.
I've been going to do a test of my different lenses just shooting something static at similar or same zoom and aperture to see how different they are but so far I've been too lazy.
