Third is best composure and maybe a bit sharper because you weren't so close.
I'd crop a lot off the right side.

Actually, I like the first one the best. Yes it is mostly soft but I like the composition, colors and your focal point. I also prefer the warm green you have in the background of the first image as compared to the cooler green in the other 2 images.
