I keep trying to get this picture right. I can't seem to get a day with a good sky. Which picture do you like better?
Thanks
Frank

It's hard to say much about the first one; the sky and water are so blown out it gives no depth; the shot would look completely different if they weren't, so it's hard to say.

The second one looks the best, though I'd like just a touch more space on the left side, and maybe change your angle so you're not dead on to the side of the shack?

The third is a cool idea, but I think too much of the shack is cut off; doesn't give enough context for me - I'm wondering what the rest of it looks like.

Thanks Brad
I was trying to take the shot from the other side so I did not get the shot dead on. The sky was the problem the first time also. I am going to try to wait for a better day with more sun.

I like the framing of the middle one best.

I like the 2nd one best. Looks like you even had a cooperative egret in that shot.

Keep scenes like this cataloged in your head so that when a good sky comes along, you can quickly go back and re-shoot.

That is a sign posted. They don't want any boaters to dock there boats there. It is now wetlands so you cant go out there. But I willl tell body that it is. LOL
