I like the ones of traffic on the roadways. The fork in the road is awesome as it splits the lights. I'd love to stand in the middle of a LA freeway and do that some time  . Was there any editing done to these photos?
They're all interesting in their own way. I like the top two the best, though they may (and this might sound funny) be missing some sort of punchline. LA seems to have so many potentially great night shot areas... It's like a city that hardly sleeps (or hardly turns off rush hour).

Uh guys, LA doesn't have snow........
The first 3 images look tilted to me, the color balance is a bit yellow on the freeway shots and the light pole splits the Hortons sign.
Of these images I like the 4th one the best as is doesn't seen crooked, there are tail light and head light streaks and there seems to be something going on in the sky.
I'd suggest you try doing twilight shots within a half hour of sunset/sunrise or so to get some color in the sky along with more traffic on the roads.

Oops! Guess that's what happens when you don't read something closely and are doing so late at night! :D

do u guys have anything i could work on? like suggestion wise?
any tips or anything im not a pro and i wanna make my pics better then they are!
rylans,
You can basically break down good photography in subjects.
One is equipment - do you have good lenses, decent resolution on your camera, etc. It looks from these pix like your hardware is OK.
Another area is subject matter: is the thing that I am thinking about photographing interesting? Or you may just be taking the shot for memories. In these shots I would say they're somewhat interesting. The highways with car lights are always fun. The Tim Horton's sign is good (but that pole is right in the way..). The Irving sign is well done, but might need something else to "put it over the top" on the interest scale. The building shot isn't as good - there's nothing really special about it. Maybe if there were Xmas decorations in the windows..?
Another is composition. It's how you arrange your subject matter in the frame. I personally find this a challenge. I like your composition on the top two. The Building is plain Jane. The rest don't really make an impression either way. Note that there are tons of things to consider with composition - tension, balance, isolation, negative space,... you name it. It's a deep subject and cuts across all areas of art, even including architecture.
Yet another is technical execution. You have to use the right shutter speed, aperture for depth of field, tripod when the shutter speed is too slow, line things up properly, etc. You execution looks good on these night shots.
There's other areas also - creativity, expression, etc.
The best way to get good shots is to experiment and read, and post shots on PR for critique :D
