Nice, thanks for that - real festive feel for the forum !
I could see half the goggles in that first shot, but at that resolution couldn't see his face enough.
These are amazing. Jaw dropping.

What kind of camera were you using and what lens? Pics look great--wish they had more FMX by me--I am waiting for them to do a few shows here in NY or somewhere close.

I alwways enjoy freestyle moto photos. Even shot some myself. But one thing that always bothers me is they're missing context. It's the same with a lot of action sports, actually. How do you get a tight photo of the subject and include some of the background to make the photo richer? For freestyle motocross it's especially hard since you usually have to aim up at the sky to get good photos. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer. Angles are the key, I think. You could shoot wide to include the audience and background. But then you'd end up with a tiny rider. That's ok for some photos. But you don't want all of them like that.
These are nice. I'm not being critical of your photos. I'm just thinking out loud - virtually :D

Camera with Fisheye mounted on a bracket that is attached to the riders helmet pointed back at the helmet. :D

Yeah. I bet it's already been done. And along those lines, check the cover photo on the recent, Photo issue, of Powder magazine. It's something along those lines and then some.
