Hi, I am looking for a compact camera which has at least 7MP,
Image stabilized and has manual aperture / shutter priority. would be better if its an ultra compact.

I want a camera both for shooting family pics, parties, night shots, and landscape shots. better if its fast and responsive.

For pocket-sized digitals with full manual controls, I always think Casio. Everyone else's manual cameras are usually just a little bigger than pocket-sized. But Casio has been doing ultra-compact cameras with aperture and shutter control for quite some time. And I've been pretty pleased with the ones I've used. The most recent I reviewed is the Casio Exilim EX-V7. Not only does it have manual controls, but it's got an image-stabilized 7x optical zoom. I took it on a trip to Italy this past summer and it was great for all kinds of shooting. Here's my review for that camera:
