I like it Amber. The position of the sun and the lovely orange sky.

Nice. The sun seems a touch too low in the frame - but there is probably ground clutter that you're to keep out?

There is a strip of sky I'd like to see cropped off the top - seems a bit too empty up there. Also a version darkened a bit would be interesting to see as well.

btw, hope you didn't go blind taking this shot.

Actually.. I took about 20 different ones and I did go blind hehe. My focus ended up way off the more I took. But I couldn't tell until later lol..

Thanks guys! Loupey, your right, there were buildings JUST under the sun I was trying to keep out. I agree with what your saying on the cropping, it just didn't look right to me. Can you go ahead and show me how you would crop it?

OK. I agree that the building didn't leave much room for you. I cropped off even more off the top than I had originally envisioned and also a little off the left side. These areas had a lot of empty space (i.e. few birds and few clouds) which I feel weren't contributing to the shot.

I think the panoramic crop works better because it allows the low placement of the sun to feel more balanced.

I went ahead and darkened the image slightly and adjusted the color slightly. Sorry, I know you have a "do not disturb" sign hanging on your door handle...

Its ok.. I asked for it :) I'd just rather it was only done if I ask for it is all, thats why I put that in my siggy.

Okie dokie :) Thanks for showing me. That does look better.

Now for another question.. when I look at the picture, it hurts my eyes lol. Is it "too much"?
