Photoframe Pro 3.1 by OnOne software. But you need elements or PS. Get 3000+ stackable frames with layer effects.

I saw someone using really cool old looking frames with his senior portraits, and when asked where he got them at, he said he'd find old photos in frames, and photograph those. Then in PS he'd put the new photo in the old frames. They looked good.

I've got ACDSee Pro, and you can do some image editing with it. You can't use layers, and there is only a limited number of plugins that you can put into the program. Its main function is to catalog photos.

Also, what version would give me a nice start ?
Im getting several trypes of photograhpy, including portriats as well as motorsports.
As much as I would like to buy the newest version, I simply cant afford it as Im tryingto buy a new camera and lenses.
