I have had my Fuji A360 almost 2 years. In the past 2 or 3 months, when I turn it on, the zoom will not come out or will not come out completely. Sometimes it will tell me there is a "Zoom Error", most of the time it won't. I have to continually turn it off and on to eventually get the zoom out to make pictures.

Has anyone on here ever experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I buy a new one?

It sounds like it needs a cleaning, if you can find a place to clean it. Even if you could the cleaning could cost more than just buying a new camera.

Fuji's tech support is pretty helpful - try to give them a call and see what they say. I agree that odds are it's "new camera time"...

Thank you. I agree with both answers. It will probably cost more than it is worth to have it cleaned and it is probably time for a new one.
