Weeds found growing like mad in the woods

They are pretty, and they are interesting (I have never seen plants like these), but the shots beg for a tripod. I know, I know...who knew you would be taking such shots when setting out for a walk in the woods. But, even a monopod would help and is easy to transport. Just a suggestion....

interesting subject Don and nice colors anddd depth of field. Maybe just a smidgen more range to catch the first 3 ..ah..weeds in focus more on 1st pic.

Thanks. I do have a monopod. I should take it. I am using a magnifying filter that focusses very close (about 2 inches or so). These are common weeds around here, milkweed-like plants.

Weeds, these are not weeds. Weeds have no purpose.
You just made them a beautiful plant by taking its
picture.
The first one, I just love.

I like the first one as well. The textures and colors are very nice. Are they surrounded with spiderwebs or is that part of the plant?
