I did a lot of work. layers blended with multiple level tweaks, some burning... whatever i thought needed it for some reason, i did it. I would love some critique on my photoshopping. Thanks

I like the eeriness of the PS version, Especially the blueish tint and B&W. I mean to be frank the original version does nothing for me at all but with the touch up it looks like a pretty good shot in my opinion!

i happen to like the original better...for PP I think I would do levels and some hue saturation on the sky seperate...and maybe a little shadow highlight adjustment on the building. The yellow in the windows is interesting and maybe can be brought out also.
