Seb, I like the lighting and exposure of the background very much. The subject face is lit up a bit too harshly, and perhaps he is too far away from the camera in the shot. I would like to see some of the dark fg cropped away. I like the overall ambience of this scene but wish for something more interesting going on with the subject.
btw, great to see you on the forum again. . .I know your time is very limited lately.

I think the lighting is excellent apart from the subjects face, which is possibly to washed out! Though the house/barn is interesting, this shot doesnt really do all that much for me!! Though that is probably my amateur eyes!!

That's a work in progress, I too think that my model face is washed out (well actually I don't think so, I see it.... lol). I'll see how I manage lighting for the shots to come.
