The last of the four is far better.
The tree framing the sunset, more elements in focus rather than fuzzy.
You might be able to crop more off the bottom, I don't think all the dark area is needed.
About half of it cropped off looks good to me.
I'd say the first one by far!
But judging from Paul's comments I think he is talking about the same one with the tree framing and sharper focus. I agree that some of the bottom could be cropped.

I agree with Frog. It gives a great silhouette effect, although the two or three pyramid looking things on the bottom left are kind of distracting, I can't make out what they are.

I kind of prefer the middle two :D They're more abstract as they seem to be blurring across the sky. Sort of reminds me of a sci-fi movie or something. The out of focus object in the foreground makes them seem even more sinister.

Definately the one with trees for me, however #2 which is more abstract looks pretty good to.

Thanks for looking! erm I think the pyramid things is the top of my garden fence! I kind of had to stand on a chair to get the shot because I dont have any windows facing that way!! Il have a go at cropping it out!!

I personally like the potential of the last shot (bottom, without trees). I would get rid of the little shadow of a branch in the lower left corner. This picture would be very good had you allowed more room at the top of the frame above the sun, and decrease the exposure more so the sun is not quite so blown out and the rest of the sky is darker. I really like the simplicity of the roof silhouette in the fg and the sun and fiery skies behind.

I like the first the best but the abstractness of the others interest me but the first
one catches my eye the most. I (like the others mentioned) would crop some of the bottom off as well. I really like the texture of the sky it almost looks like a crumpled piece of paper. I like what I see. Good job. The colors also appeal to me because they are
different looking and I especially like the silhouette of the trees.
