The colors are great, but there's no real center of interest to hold the eye to the photo.
Try stabilizing the camera to get the interior of the car in focus with minimal to no blur, and do this again, with outside the car a blur.
Kind of like what I did here. (http://forums.photographyreview.com/showthread.php?t=31562)

it looks like the car crashed
haha
like what Mr Yuck said, try to get the lights a little more controlled. A tri pod or even a flat surface might work.
Keep shooting and playing with extended exposures, they can be a lot of fun.
kinda like what I did here -http://photo.ringo.com/180/180895927O290066945.jpg

Well I am not real sure what I am looking at. If you could form some kind of pattern with some sort of center of interest you would be ok.

I agree with the others that its a great kinda of shot but needs a little something more in it to keep your attention or that is recognizable. Recently read about a photographer that has been doing shots with the long shutter speeds and camera/light movement. Check out his work Here (http://harveylloyd.com/main.html)for some ideas and inspiration and keep shooting.
