awesome shots Schrackman, especially the flower shot. Great series, you should sell these to the local chamber of commerce for use in a tourist guide or pamphlet.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing. schrackman 03-18-2007, 10:59 PM Last Friday I went to visit my friend Dan again (the one whose wife's goats had lambs) and took a nice stroll with him and his dogs through his property which is located on what is called the Banning Bench. It's too bad we haven't had more rain here but as it is now everything is just gorgeous. Here's a few shots from our walk that Friday morning. The blossoming trees are remnants of old peach orchards that once covered the hills of Banning and the entire San Gorgonio Pass area. schrackman 03-18-2007, 11:02 PM and a few more.... The "Boss," father of the lambs I shot last week, standing proud. A snake in the grass, literally. And the rest of the goats posing for a shot. Speed 03-19-2007, 04:45 AM OK, what kind of snake was that, and what lens did you use to shoot it with? Great shots, great colors, very picturesque location. Old Timer 03-19-2007, 04:53 AM Ray thanks for the little walk. Don't know why everyone doesn't carry a camera all the time. schrackman 03-19-2007, 07:30 AM awesome shots Schrackman, especially the flower shot. LOL And actually, our new business directory should have one of my photos from stagecoach days as the cover. Can't wait till it comes out so I can scan it and post it here. Robert, it's just a gopher snake but a pretty good sized one, about 2.5 feet long. I shot it with my Simga AF 28-80mm macro zoom lens with circular polarizer. Thanks OT, and the rest, for the comments! barb_48 03-19-2007, 08:49 AM I like the fourth shot of the fllowering bud. Overall I just love travelling around the world through everyone's pics. Nice weather, hoping it arrives here real soon. |
