I’m trying to make a Picture Package layout. I can’t understand the directions for the layout. Can someone help me out?

The dimensions that I have are:

1 5/8” (4.06CM) x 1 1/8” (2.81CM) in Landscape View

I want to print as many as possible on a 8½ x 11 sheet of paper. About 32 pictures.

3/4” from the left edge
1/2” from the top edge

4 pictures across and 8 pictures down.

C 8 10
(32) 4.06X2.81

Aren't you trying to make a contact sheet then. I think if you looked under File/Automate/Contact Sheet and see if that is what you are after.
