View Full Version : Ts249 Tuna 02-16-2007, 05:16 AM http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v382/redboys/TS249.jpg Austriana 02-17-2007, 06:46 PM The building looks great...I like the contrast of the stark white against the dark green on the roof...and all the tools lined up...I can't explain what I like about it, but it just works for me. (Although it'd almost be neat to see them with the tool side up, so you can see what some of those tools actually are.) It's difficult to see where the roof ends and the trees begin. Was this intentional? I'd crop around an inch of those trees off...but I don't really know much...so yeah. :p Greg McCary 02-17-2007, 06:54 PM Ts, Tool Shed?? Anyway I agree that the darkened trees help bring out the moss. Beatifuly cropped as well. I think you could take a picture of almost anything you chose and make it look good. You are one top notch photographer / artist. Well done Tuna. All they all keepers???? Greg If all of the other photographers on this forum have not check out your Rangefinder gallery they would be in for a treat... MarcusK 02-17-2007, 09:54 PM I was right...:D:D:D:D This is the hansel and gretel series...did you see the witch's broomstick????? Great Work...no comment! Marc trog100 02-18-2007, 12:09 PM must be a fat old witch marc.. the broomstick is well bent.. i see what u mean about the hansel and gretel series thow.. i find appeal in this toolshed.. it must be the "olde worlde" look about it.. trog julsoph 02-18-2007, 04:59 PM I really like this as well...the angle is great. The shed almost looks 2 dimensional, but in an interesting way, and the tools + broomstick almost look sinister...especially after the association of Hansel & Gretel...lol. Great shot! :) Emily Tuna 02-19-2007, 07:44 AM Austriana, Greg, Marc, trog and Emily - thank you for your comments. Greg - thank you for your way too kind words... Tuna Frog 02-19-2007, 07:56 AM I find the exposure and focus, etc. to be just fine but the tools look arranged and not natural. Just a personal opinion, mind you! |
