Looks almost like two jugglers, . . . maybe try colouring all the tennis balls ?
I like the idea though !

i think it would have worked better with the balls not motion blurred.. F8 at 1/60 leaves enough room to have stopped them if u had wanted to.. but perhaps u didnt..

Well other than the door being a bit blown out, i think the balls could use better coloring... too much "feather"...

I agree with trog too, freezing them would have been an improvement!

Nice idea though!

I like the idea - too much clutter in the background though I think. It needs a simpler background. I like the dog looking too.

hey ECH - I agree that it's a good idea. The composition and contrast need work though -- way too many cutoffs here, and also a number of distracting objects like the door, furniture, etc. Note sure I see the artistic value of the high-contrast ....? I could see that in a model shoot for a futuristic/cosmo type photo. But not in a scene like this.

Anyway I like the idea of coloring the balls. Also think a little blur is a good thing. Keep working on the other things, should work out in the end ...

My main problem is that half his face is lost in the treatment and over contrast.. I'm enjoying the absolute mayhem of the surroundings. It's him and doggie having fun in their own little space. I would prefer to have the three balls all the same. Is this a self 'portrait by any chance? Very enjoyable and no photographic cliches here.

Thanks for all the useful inputs..

Tom, you are right.. the "juggler" is me... to be honest I use the timer and when the camera was about to shot I just throw the ball in the air... :D

I chose to color that one ball because is the one that looks like I'm looking at... I'm going to try coloring the three balls and see how it looks.

thanks again.
